These Terms govern your use of store.madridonomy.com and any purchase made through it. Browsing the site or placing an order means you agree to them.

1. About us

Madridonomy is an independent football-streetwear label based in Mumbai, India. Reach us at admin@madridonomy.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or ordering under a parent or guardian's supervision.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy — a contract forms only once we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel or refuse an order at our discretion (stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors) and will refund it in full if we do.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected in full at checkout.

5. Limited drops

Products release in limited quantities. Adding an item to your cart doesn't reserve stock — we're not liable if something sells out before checkout completes.

7. Returns & refunds

8. Product accuracy

We try to represent colour and sizing accurately, but slight variation can occur from screen settings and manufacturing. Photography is illustrative.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this site belong to Madridonomy and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Madridonomy isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of this site or its products. Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount paid for that order.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time — continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
