Shipping policy

Where we ship

Madridonomy currently ships within India only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During drop launches this can run slightly longer — we'll flag it on the product page when it does.

Delivery time

Standard delivery: 10–14 working days after dispatch. Free shipping on orders over ₹1,999; a flat fee applies below that, shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships — allow 24–48 hours for it to update.

Delivery issues

If an order hasn't arrived in the estimated window, check the tracking link first, then email admin@madridonomy.com and we'll chase the courier.

Address accuracy

Double-check your delivery address before ordering — we can't redirect a package once it's shipped. If a parcel is returned to us for an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery; extra shipping charges may apply.
