We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.

How to Return

Email us at admin@madridonomy.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order.
